Recreational Sports Team Signup

This process can be downloaded and imported into your Integrify instance. The downloadable .json file is at the bottom of this page. Directions for importing processes.

This Recreational Sports Team Signup process includes a Form where the Team Manager can sign their team up for a Sports League. Detailed in the form is League Information, Team Roster, and a Disclosure. After the initial form is completed, an Approval is requested by the recreation department before sending proper notifications. As with any of our process apps, you can customize to fit your organizations needs.
