Holiday Party Planning Process

When planning a holiday party, there are a lot of moving parts. Getting the budget approved, setting a date, picking a location, etc. - ensuring you have a centralized place to keep this process running smoothly is essential.

With this Holiday Party Planning process app, your requester will initially send a budget approval form to the organization's finance department and route this form to the CEO for final approval. After the approval, save the date & RSVP forms will be sent to customers and employees with information about the event, such as the date and location. It's a simple but efficient way to keep the process moving forward, and no moving parts get left behind.
