Integrify has been acquired by PSPDFKit. Please review the following FAQs for more information or reach out to your Integrify Representative.

PSPDFKit and Integrify

Why is the acquisition happening, and what are the strategic reasons for the acquisition?

PSPDFKit is the leading document processing and manipulation platform. Their mission is to help the world innovate beyond paper through developer tools, API services, and low-code solutions. Adding Integrify’s workflow platform expands PSPDFKit’s current low-code document solution, addressing the needs of the entire document lifecycle.

The decision to acquire Integrify was made after careful consideration and with confidence that the integration accelerates PSPDFKit’s strategic vision for a high-value, low-code document lifecycle platform, setting a new industry standard for high-volume, AI enabled, document processing and business process automation solutions that can be deployed in a public cloud or on-premise, or consumed as a SaaS offering.
