Customer Feedback Process

Gathering feedback, good or bad, from your customers is essential to good customer service and long-term customer relationships.

This process allows customer service agents to complete a form anytime customer feedback is received and kick off a process that ensures appropriate follow-up. As an alternative, this process can be made public facing, allowing your customer base to give anonymous feedback as well.


Based on the Feedback Category selected, a section will be displayed for each type.
