This process is ideal for companies that offer a service. By giving customers access to a portal, they can request services at their convenience. This process allows efficient handling of new requests by the company while giving the customer access to various service options.  

For example:

•  A staffing company that has customers requesting employees for services.
• A lawn care company that has requests for employees to work on different properties.
• A housekeeper company with customers requesting various cleaning services.
