Product Return Request

This process can be downloaded and imported into your Integrify instance. The downloadable .json file is at the bottom of this page. Directions for importing processes.

This Process App was part of our User Conference "Integrify Team Building Challenge" and was built by Lisa Wilson (Hooker Furniture) and Shahenaaz Sunderji (Children's Hospital).

Using this process, customers can return items while providing complete tracking throughout the process from inspection to refund/replacement.
